Can I use your art as icons ?
Yes you can, if you credit me.
Don't rp with them though, just use Picrew, draw or commission someone please. My characters are precious to me and I'm not confortable with others using their designs to make their own characters.Can I repost your art ?
In most cases, no. You can always ask though, but I won't allow reposts without permission and proper credit.
Please be aware that reposting someone's work without their explicit consent is illegal, and a violation of intellectual property.Will you make merch ?

I have an Xp-Pen Artist 15.6 Pro, and I use mostly Clip Studio Paint EX. I use Photoshop and Krita sometimes.
